FEBRUARY 2022 TIME FOR SENDING E-BOOK CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO JUNE 3, 2022
In line with the requests sent to our Presidency, based on the authority in the repetitive article 242 of the Tax Procedure Law No. 213, the e-Ledgers, which must be created and signed by the end of May 31, 2022, are sent to the Revenue Administration Information Processing System in the same time as the creation and signing period. The extension of the loading period of the "Electronic Ledger Certificates", which must be loaded, is the subject of this Circular.
Extending the Creation and Signing Time of Electronic Ledgers and the Uploading Time of Electronic Ledger Certificates
The duration of the creation and signing of e-Ledgers, which must be created and signed by the end of May 31, 2022 by those involved in the electronic ledger application, and the upload period of "Electronic Ledger Certificates", which must be uploaded to the Revenue Administration Information Processing System, have been extended until the end of June 3, 2022.
